On Friday, March 05, 2010 after 2pm, Rush says that he and his side is just waiting for us to come and get him. We must take the initiative and they refuse to shut down, fact check, or show any sign of stoppage or problems. He also says that as the head, one of the top civilian leaders of the global communist movement, he has a network of spies similar to the Viet Cong. So he acknowledges this and asks if we "saw any muzzle flash." Then what they sight of the "muzzle flash had" on turtles. The response to him was how easily slander is to prove at this time. In Virginia, we had a case in 1998 but no name or organization; no confession. Now we have a simple case of slander for 500 million on them. To prove slander we have to prove 1) business loss, damage, or emmotional distress (also medical problems) 2) Falsity or lack of fact checking, a deliberate effort to defraud. So he said he and they have the upper hand and we asked him if he ever considered we had insurance or something he was not aware. We have their legal aides and messengers upstairs, his network of communist and terrorist spies; the union and New York liberals. The reality has not set in and they are the poster boy or some advertising scam; a financial scam to defraud the public. Their legal defense is the leader and the voice of God; why they are guilty of slander and much more. It is not them, it is their employers; the financiers. Will they consider disciplinary actions for the death threats and murder plot? They claim the public loves them and knows everything; who they are and how badly they messed up; so I am asking for nine figures and to be paid.

So far he provided no coherent legal explanation or story. He uses death threats only because he has no insurance. He claims he and his network of spies (mafia, labor unions, drug cartels, terrorist cells, communist spies, illegal immigrants, released convicts, hitmen, assasins, etc...) are waiting for us. We want him to resolve it peacefully and pay for the damages after being caught and he said prove we know who they are in New Jersey or have insurance. He claims the mafia is the most guarded of his cells and network of spies; but he says he wants America to be viewed as total convicts. Rush claims his terrorist networks is his insurance; we told him to be careful what he wishes for. Mullah Sean does not say he was coerced, lured, ensnared, or forced into this; he only says he is poor, hungry, eats Dinty Moore, and came from Ireland with his grand poppa. Obviously nobody tough him how to be a decent homo sapien and how to respect human beings. His legal aides upstairs keep interfering in my 500 million case and "are giving us warnings, ready to die, do not know what to do, are really scared, and do not want to leave." Again, we tell them we are not interested in working for the unions or communist; and we definitely are not interested in selling secrets or satellite technology to Israel or the communists. They said they are scared, sacred, and giving us another warning; no thank you and not interested is not good enough. They refuse to keep away and stop stalking or shadowing us. Maybe a strategic strike will make those wrong words ring clearly? Isreal and their handlers upstairs refused to end this harassment and demands; also we will go to jail for them or this.

For our lawyers and preparation for this case: it only takes a charge of slander to initiate further charges. We have proven this and much more but the damages sought is 510 million unless they cap the damages now. There is percentage each year and also expenses or hardship added while this is developing. Their goal was to hire or employ us, steal top secret satellite material, create new products and industry, add more investors, control this field, use it for terrorism, hire us to run the program or hide it, and to create as much emmotional distress possible to facilitate a lower cost or forced employment. It led only to failed attempts and suffering, massive suffering; nothing changed and even after getting caught they were not discouraged and making death threats; even with our material and satellite described in a separate book. The runs the underworld and his investors are the financial payments for a communist spy network, criminal spies, terrorists, assasins, and listening posts consisting of powerful union leaders. They claim to be co-authors and the leaders of all this; going to be exonerated and have nothing to worry about; he will not crack under the pressure or put them in danger. We have and know all of their cards; we can just go after their employers right now and let them fight it out. We are "turtles" and terrorism is why; paranoid about them. It is like a dog in a UFC ring who has no sense to them; tell the judge you submit with your honor; just ask Ann, trying to profit while a recall was demanded by representatives. They still face federal charges as we turned it over to the proper authorities and thanked them for being patients. This is what they did to us and what we would like to be paid for.

They will claim you injured them and are paranoid. Coffee faced Sean and the Irishman upstairs has claimed we are paranoid and making death threats at them. You will stick to your story about how you were never interested in them, you did not pay any attention to the unwelcomed invitations or sexual advances, and now it has all come to a blistering rebuke. So paying you and disproving business loss was a deception and can be proven. Hannity is the primary suspect whom Ann hit the panick button on; reported even to her own security and ignored. Their employers were notified and the matter was ignored. They refuse to fact check but made one hell of an effort to defeat the case prior to trial; this put us in therapy or some medical services. My view of politicians is like Ann. She goes to dinners, dates, and the fund raisers. Trotted around like some loose association with real characters or power; then they ruin their marriages and get involved in these rumors, scandals, and mixed up with spies, terrorists, and communists. All of them are not who they claim, hired under false pretenses and misrepresentations. They start 20 or 50 fights and have no fight or power; aimless bickering and just causing people to become angry and irrational. The weak on crime mentality or culture is not all that; thus, they claim it is about marriage and family. So on one end, it looks bad and feels bad; on the other the conditions or evidence say they do not respect their marriage or family while the only fight is dinners, social events, trips, and vacation speeches. Now take a look at every single politician and ask what they are doing and why? Rush says people have no idea and it is all about opposition; now they must do as Mimi says and sacrifice their career. So they are having one hell of a time at the expense of others and feel guilt or must groove their worth. Now they act like military leaders and the leader of the free world; a pansy and total loser. They are there to help, others are angry and irrational. They are only reactionary; they never seek the truth or fact check; never a threat or opposition. Ann is roaming or winning with those who do not fact check and it stays in Vegas and causes a lot of problems. Other than beating them over the head, they will not tell the truth or the full truth; only their story or lies. Whose camp is she trying to win over? Had I been there, things would be different. Is she a very good lawyer? Yes, rank on scale of 10 is perfect 10 and more. Does she sacrifice her job for her personal life and regret it? Yes.

I have concluded that Ann is not a bad person and a very good lawyer. However, whatever infidelity she has had in her life, there is no sex involved. Her enemies seek to exploit the negatives while demanding we see them in the positive. As warriors, it is hard to accept how they all can start day long battles and even world war and fight it out by going to dinners, VIP parties, or attending three day hotel conferences. So there is a lot of suspicions, finger pointing, and nobody seems to be fact checking. Why Ann does not enjoy this or is in so much danger is because of who is in control of her life and who she has around her; they misrepresented themselves and are acting under false pretenses and now got caught. They are paralyzed by the false dossier and biography of total lies. They know danger is imminent, what they are getting into, and got caught. So it is impossible to deny even if they say the same things; they are guilty as charged. Ann continues to claim her life is not a disaster and to join the fun when ready. The question is if anybody is having fun besides her? She claims this is a gift to savior and enjoy. How they fight is to talk, email, spend weekends together, and pretend to enjoy each other's company; now the open wound and display is infected. It is all rubbish and trash talk; but has gotten deadly serious because nobody has any brakes on it. It will be very hard for anyone involved to recover from this ordeal and terrorist plot; anybody. Who did what and why? Now who is doing what and why? After Ann and I caught them; they are no longer the bad guys; nobody is. Politics is toxic and destructive; but most of this was preventable. So they regret what they did, now they will be forced to pay for what they did. Ann said it best; why don't they consider not hiring complete lunatics or firing them? Let's ask Fox, the EIB, CPAC, the Republicans, or maybe these states, or these radio stations. Will they consider disciplinary actions?

Remember why they did this, for the Presidency and to exploit; cannot defeat the case against them. To prove slander you must show business loss or how it should have been, a placebo. Hopefully, the Canadians will fact check or avoid the need for it. They will claim we over-reacted or are merely paranoid. It is bad already; she needs to figure out why it gets worse and worse. Could it be prevented or was it preventable? Prove it. Will fact checking when it is too late change anything? Prove it. Is keeping your mouth shut worth 500 million and possible criminal charges? Prove it.
