The simple fact is you cannot expect protective services to be in the hands of those who are biased or favor the communist, left wing, and liberals when the atrocities and acts of violence and war are always committed by them. Their view is we live in their world and we are subject to their "total control... bias... oppression." It is the same deception but this time is took us some time to understand how they were mobilizing or trying to finish out this plan or new battlefield strategy. The fact it is a 'safe zone' cannot explain why both sides were accused of being in violation. That is the same excuse we got from the liberals while the communists would call every ten minutes, give pursuit and try to suggest they were doing a union-bolshevik like beat up, and this was the biased voice of the weak and the poor.

It is time to expel the liberals and the voice of the poor from the protective services and make sure that if they decided to enter this profession; they are expected to fight, put their bodies between those who harm and those being harmed, and how inaccurate "both sides were in violation" sounds. Once they let the enemy in; both sides were in violation while one side tried to repel the attacks or drive the attackers off. The same applies to the protective services in the United States and their participation; fire them and ban them. They are not only unfit for leadership; they have no place in our ranks or to wear the medals of those who seek the truth and protect it from deception and trickery. Again, the voice of the poor is a big problem in this world and this can come from Christians, Muslims, and Jews; the most dangerous is when they are on our side or doing security. That is their battle plan and new contingency; to seek surrender by using a third party or entity to pressure us. They must be banned and also expelled; forbidden from this line of work and leadership.
Another case is Chechnya: see the attacks at the Moscow Theater and also Beslan School Hijacking and bombing. Is it propaganda or some lack of security and protection? From what we discovered and report in America and New York from 1990 to 2010; it is a combination of all of the above. These wars are between liberals, Jews, and Muslims; some are partners while others are on the attack or trying to unify. The case of Yugoslavia was about Christians trying to unify and the Muslims having an advantage. The advantage was market forces and links to countries that are more focused on the free market or anti-liberal and anti-left wing immigration. The real problem is protection and the business of military or warfare. Even our own catnapping is the same case and the same people behind it. They are trying to regroup, fix, restore, resort to expansion, stop us, get in the way, or remain in power or pursuit. This is their same battle plan; surrender to the liberals and protectors who are weak on crime and do nothing.

Our case is slander and the result of catnapping or taking us as a prisoner; none of that occurred to these emergency responders and it is unfortunate their frustration led to an aimless lawsuit. New York is behind population increases or immigration problems; now it is responsible for vast population decrease which is the problem with communism in America. The liberals know they are going to be on the receiving end of tax problems, sanitation problems, and blind hate or rottenest. Do I like it? No. Do I want them gone? Yes. Am I doing my part? I think so. Had they sued for safety standards or failure to provide equipment; then liability is clear; acting in gross negligence or error. It sounds like a double trap we are in; two sided attacks on an entity that has no accountability. There is no malice from New York City but they are slow to acquire the facts for fear of being sued themselves. It took us over 10 years and we are still bait. If you can prove malice or conspiracy; then you can win it.
I will say this; real leaders and real military officers would not let this happen or other things which are despicable; furthermore, the Dutch are not respected in their use of drugs, sex, or open display of homosexuality. Their minds are afflicted with some rotten beef disease that turns them into lunatics to prove some inner weakness and doom. The General made his testimony about the largest massacre in Europe committed by Christians (former communist forces) against the Muslim population. It also sounds like a betrayal led by Israel and the communist on Muslims and real Jihad. We will never get the truth from them but they will create a new enemy and go after them as heroes.
