LEGAL: THE CONFESSION OF RUSH LIMBAUGH AND SEAN HANNITY; SPENDS THE ENTIRE SHOW ON EACH-EACH CHARGE; WHO IS TO BLAME; WHY OUR FAULT; FEB 2010

On Monday, February 15, 2010, Rush Limbaugh spends the entire show citing why he was not guilty and was pushed further into this terror and kidnapping plot due to his employer and financiers, the EIB and others; their insatiable demand for results. He cites his case is only 20% of our grievances; he then claims he is only guilty of minor charges and pleads guilty by reason of insanity. He goes through each and every charge. He claims that the EIB continued in a relentless manner to pressure him and tell him there was no way out; including bonuses and increasing his salary to over 350 million in 2008 when the entire plot was exposed, surrounded, and blew up on national radio. Rush spends the entire show and laughs at all the charges; going down a list off his mind and claiming each was absurd and baseless; all he did was watch us blow up and turn on each other; he says where is the evidence, weapons, and the open wounds. Rush denies he is a communist. We are weak and defenseless; he has no reach in our life. The enemy is broken and a total mess. Rush says he was caught in a trap to produce results; threatened of being punished to produce by his employers and promoters. He feared for his job and ratings. Rush could not breathe when caught; Sean sat there as if nothing was happening. They are winning the war protecting America from themselves; peace.

Rush then continues his plea of not guilty by reason of insanity for the remainder of the show; indicating what he did to Ann was innocent and only because he felt admiration and love; he did not deny all attempts to reverse or rescue her from a life of misery, suicide, and even grief. He also said the efforts towards her partner and who she tried to repel the attacks while it was intensifying, did not cause severe brain trauma or prevent either of them from excercising their most valued asset; their brilliance and written acumen. When it was posted and broadcasted all over the globe; he and they were not aware of it and things could not have been better; until they began to write false reports or exaggerations. It is total lies and no surrender. So he denies the relentless effort (almost 500 times daily) to cause brain trauma and shut down their way of business or industry; their education, mental fortitude, and raw genius. There is no reason to be suspicious of him, we are paranoid, and it was only about love, affection, and goodness. Nobody knows why they did this or for what reason; they claim they are proud and will continue; be memorized. Guilty by reason of insanity is going to be very difficult to prove or disprove; there is no premeditation or evidence. The entire state of New York claims we are desperate and they want to be there for us. If we wish to live or survive this. They keep putting us in the hospital and sending us bills for it while they piggy back our life.

Last week (second week of February, search video), Opie and Andy, two radio hosts in New York tried to ask Sean Hannity the same thing and was able to get the identical confession. However, Sean Hannity claims he was set up and his enemies are trying to pull the plug on his radio show because he is identical to Reagan and the closest personality on radio to Ronald Reagan. Opie and Andy did not try to start a fight and there was no reason for Sean Hannity to react the way he did; however, he claims not guilty like Rush Limbaugh by reason of insanity. Both of these captured suspects refuse to pay any grievances and every attempt to seek help, relief, or escape was denied; additionally, the level of brain trauma was doubled and tripled on their hostages. He claims I can only have one computer and one keyboard, not 4 or 9 of them. He denies firebombing or trying to drive us off or away from his nest or the local terrorist breeding ground. Sean Hannity also denies he caused any brain trauma or grief; an intentional infliction of injuries and prolonged it well past twenty or more years; there is no surrender in their game. He says where is the club and the open wounds? Sean also denies he is a communist or 911 union scab. He claims there are no weapons involved; we are defenseless; he has no reach in our life. There is no reason to be suspicious of him, we are paranoid, and it was only about love, affection, and goodness. The enemy is broken and a total mess. He feared for his job and ratings.

For my legal team and new pro bono staff: I am having to send out cease and desist letters to collection agencies informing them my security and identity is protected under the laws and guidelines of government service. As a US military veteran, my medical and cost of living is being disputed with an avalanche of bills. I continue to get letters from social services about how I refuse social services and assistance; meanwhile, my legal team, partner, and family are isolated and cut off by the same people; a blockade and assault. The best result is for me to go to a safe house with my partner if in immediate danger until I can build my legal team. The best outcome is to be married or live with my partner in life; instead we are denied legal services, cut off, and denied contact; instead we get brain trauma. Clearly, this is two of the most intelligent and smart human beings on this earth making these charges and claiming this; not some slime ball or those behind it. Instead of legal assistance or due process; we are dispensed a flurry of bills, social service trials, and various rubbish talk by some fugitive. They piggy back our life online also; both real life and online. All they do is fight for the plight of labor, immigrants, and communists; we are some outsider and stranger living in their nation or world. They want us to hate our life, everybody involved, our family, our lifelines, and trust only them; we hated their guts from the start. They claim they are the source of life and we did nothing to improve ours; only they watch our life and protect it; we have no say in the matter. That is kidnapping and abduction; also illegal wiretapping and surveillance. Now they claim they allowed us to contact and seek help; they are not terrorists; only seeking provisions.

It is the most unwanted 24 hours piggy backing our life; then how both Ann and I are desperate and need them; they are only there to help; and we get put in dangerous situations over and over by assaults. Neither Ann or I are desperate; we are being assaulted by them and our life is shut down; denied choice and freedom because of surveillance and bugging our homes. We caught them. Now this claim they are our parents has turned to internet piggy back, allowing us to talk to the world, constant surveillance and denial of service, hacking, and how they are our guards and personal security; they are on watch. Out of 10 terrorist hits or illegal contact; they do not log 1 or even suggest it is happening; wonderful guards and security. Their story is how they are auditing us; we need social services; we can get welfare or food stamps; they will allow us access into society and talk to the world only if we cooperate and be quiet; etc... we have over 10 grand in computer vandalism alone; then 40 hours a week reloading operating systems; we are in their training program. They claim we are desperate and a threat; they are putting us in the hospital and billing us. This is insanity and they expect to make it to retirement. We will have to test this. We are fed up and are after their retirement now; no turning back. You would think they treat protected people or who they follow much better or with more respect; now we need new identities because the security is so sloppy and so grotesque. They suck and need to be fired; we get harassed hourly by them and some idiot trained them in tourism instead of counter-intelligence or stealth fighting. Nothing is logged while everything passes or is granted by them.

My identity is protected if a conviction is imminent; so is my finances and this effort to injure on the way out. That is the problem, being showed the exit and the door and refusing to go. Like in 1998, I am compelled to seek bankruptcy again; I am retired and it has no impact; no measured gain. What we get are the worst outcomes and worst answers by these fugitives and conspirators. They should be on full alert or have been but it is not just the entire community or the police; it is the entire state. The terrorists attacked a communist hub or cell; which activated it into attack mode and flurries of attacks. It is a cell and they are activating it for attack. They use these terrorist plots (Exxon, Love Carnal, Shuttle, Prisoners, Drug Wars, shootings, and crime or murder sprees to activate communist cells!) When activated, they go on attack and revolution mode. Why don't they send the bills and damages to Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh; or the communist cells? This is double down danger and increasing the problems or mess; more dangers. They should be paying for our relocation and the total malpractice of security or while under their guard. They claim we are desperate and need them 24 hours a day; then put us in a position where this is true and deadly. That is all they do for more than 20 years; we are desperate, need them, and they seek our surrender or else things do not work and we have to cry. So we tell them to go away and leave us alone; they claim they only wish to be there for both of us; they only wish to help and see the positive. Do we want to survive or not? Do it our way. You are desperate. You do not have a choice. They will take the first strike, take us out. We cannot prove anything.

So that was my life and Ann's life for the past 12 years (1998-2010). We spend all day and hourly yelling at them to keep away while they piggy back our life and spy on us. Then they finally got caught and exposed but a lot of people died because they were not caught earlier. Getting yelled at all day caused an audacious confidence to invade and break us; to claim we are desperate and need them. Now they seek our surrender or for us to just go away quietly; do as we are told before more trouble erupts. The fear is if we contact lawyers and can take them to court; this will be the sixth attempt; usually it ends with a false arrest or some insanity such as planes crashing into buildings or communist cells activating and hunting down resistance. Now we got all their plans, their battle and attack plans, their methods, who their leaders are, etc... They could not tolerate me having a chauffeur or being rich. They could not stand Ann finding happiness in life or her being free. They could not live knowing how stupid they felt or looked after being captured and caught. What they could tolerate was lying pathologically and digging a deeper hole; first one bullet Russian Roulette and then six bullet Russian Roulette. Now they want to know if we are fake and can play along with them; they are for real now; invincible. Their hell is just beginning; but it begins in front of a grand jury. They did not get a red cent or one objective, not one. They lost it all; local, state, national, and even global; we got their entire plans. All they have left is a barrel to mouth policy; but they insist they won and are very proud; they won; we are on the run and in hiding from them. They want us to hate our life, everybody involved, our family, our lifelines, and trust only them; we hated their guts from the start. Those involved must suck; but you feel it coming; total disappointment and lawyers needed.

Now we are helping them cover up or we will be attacked and assaulted. We are going to give it to them and let them go. We are not in power and they are not behind bars yet; still up for grabs; and they are lying to their side, our side, and the world. If they can get away with this; then nobody will know; otherwise, their support and followers will abandon them. So they are blackmailing others and in control of other spies and conspirators. They lost it all; all that is left is a grand jury or a barrel to the mouth appeal. We told them to get out of this business or the terrorism industry and they refused. They said we did not and have not stopped them; but they have nothing left; nothing more in their arsenal or are scared to use it now. Now the malfunction in their head tells them we will be hired back and they will drop everything if we come and work for them; we are cornered and have no way out. We are going to be allowed a normal life only if we come back and work for them. They see themselves winning and on the winning side; protecting America. The truth is they want more control over the military and to fight "their" wars; yes them. They will hijack the ship; but must get the leaders first. The military and crew said they are ready and fierce.

It goes on and on; we hate their guts, they claim to be our parents, they claim we made a mistake about them; we are desperate and we need them or want them in our life; now the malfunction is they won and we will be hired back. They claim they have the best lawyers but cannot pass a lie detector. We wrote it down, why are they contacting us or making contact? At least write something down or show a log; something. So NY is pretending to be our fighting force and we hate everybody involved; take a guess why. You would think they would use their time more wisely watching us 24 hours or figuring out how to win; all they do is show off wrecking our computers; hint, the computer is not a threat. They claim they are the best and we know their rank or how high now; it is pathetic and disgusting; they do not wish to live or survive this. We made it to retirement; now we are legends and smashed the enemies and cracked them badly. What is their goal now in death mode? Some superior loser... lost and defeated... acting like they won or can win this lawsuit.
